Mindfulness retreat/ MBSR + Yoga with Dr. Madeleine Kamper

The weekend offers a varied program with daily gentle yoga, breathing exercises, meditation exercises from Jon Kabat-Zinn’s MBSR program, a workshop on self-compassion, meditative walks in the forest and plenty of breaks for individual development. This can create a space for slowing down, in which we can explore new ways of facing our everyday challenges more calmly and living with more mindfulness and serenity from our own center. Yoga and meditation beginners are just as welcome as those with yoga and MBSR experience who would like to deepen their practice.
